Custom Orders Policy: Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

1. Made-to-Order Products
 Every product sold at Dropixeler.com  is custom-made according to the design, artwork, size, color, and other specifications you provide. Production begins as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, all custom orders are final.

2. Order Review and Approval
 Before completing your purchase, please carefully review your design, artwork, text, size, color, and all order details. By completing your order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved these details.

3. Cancellations and Changes
 Because production begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after checkout.

4. Returns and Exchanges
 We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or errors in customer-provided artwork, text, or measurements.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
 We will refund any item that arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • With printing defects, misprints, or color or design errors that differ from your approved order

  • With manufacturing or quality defects

To request a replacement or refund, contact us at support@dropixeler.com  within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

After we review your request, we will provide a solution. If we are unable to provide a replacement within 30 days of approving your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. For approved claims, we will provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders
 If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the order cannot be located, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

7. Warranty Disclaimer
 EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS POLICY, ALL CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS.” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY ILLINOIS LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER SECTION 5 FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS.

8. Your Legal Rights
 Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or Illinois law, including rights that cannot be waived under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
